Obituary for Arnold Cameron
Cameron, Arnold Winston of Kingsville, passed away on Saturday, December 23rd, 2017, at the Erie Shores Health Care Centre, Leamington at the age of 92. Dearly loved father of Deborah Fulford (Ken), William Daniel Cameron, the late Charles David “Chuck” Cameron and Beverly Goodall. Dear brother of Doreen and Carolyn. Predeceased by his siblings, Levonah and Gerald. Sadly missed by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Arnold was born in Middleton Township on December 25th, 1924, the son of the late Clarence and Leah (Bartlett) Cameron. He worked at Erie Iron. Arnold served in the Elgin Regiment from 1953-59. He was a member of the C.N.I.B. and a ham radio operator.
The family will receive friends at the C. Stuart Sykes Funeral Home, 91 Division St. S, Kingsville on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018 from 5:00-7:00pm. A Memorial Service will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas on Thursday, January 4th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the service from 12:00-1:00pm. Cremation has taken place with private interment of ashes in South Park Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the C.N.I.B. or to the charity of one’s choice. Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin Street, St. Thomas entrusted with arrangements.
