Mr. Sylvester Kelly passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 in Afghanistan.
Mr. Kelly was born on December 9, 1964.
Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Memorial Garden. There will be a visitation on Friday from 4:00 - 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Progressive.
